Dear Grace Church of All Nations Members:
As we move into the next chapter in the growth of the GCOAN community, it is important that we have an up to date record of all those who are members, affiliates, and supporters of Grace Church. We are requesting all persons who are affiliated with Grace to complete the following online membership form if you are new to Grace, or an existing member who has had a name change or an address change.
Only one form is needed per family if everyone is living at the same address. Should you have a college/military student living away from home, please submit a new form just for them.
As a reminder, here is a list of the ministries/groups at Grace Church: Couples, Reconciliation Dance, Greeters, Hospitality, Media, Missionaries, Nurse’s, Outreach, Single’s, Usher’s, Men of Grace, Women of Grace, Worship & Arts and Youth.
The information collected here is only for the church directory, church members and church staff. Your information will not be shared or sold to any other person or organization. Your security and privacy is important to us.
